If you want to put your foot in the door with smaller events or have time to spare between classes,
then our weekly events are perfect for you. There's something to do every Monday - Friday!
Board Meetings
When: Mondays 7 - 8 pm
Where: Social Sciences Room 80
If you ever wondered about the behind the scene decisions of CKI, then you should sit in on our weekly board meetings. It's a great way to get to know your board members and let them know your opinions and ideas for the club. Let your voice be heard!
General Meetings
When: Wednesdays 6 - 7 pm
Where: Young Hall 194
Stop by for weekly updates and upcoming events! Exchange a friendly "hello" to both new and current members and take a chance to win totally rad raffle prizes. Sign-ups are available here too. And don't forget, if you manage to steal the gavel, you can dare a board member!
Adopt-a-Block
When: Tuesdays (11:00 am - 12:00 pm)
Where: Meet at iTea
Come help us pick up trash around the block of iTea. There's usually cigarette butts, trash from the restaurants, masks, and other miscellaneous objects to look out for! Gloves and trash bags are provided!
Nazun for Hunger
When: Thursdays (12 pm - 1:00 pm)
Where: Hillel House, 328 A Street (sign up here!)
Come help us continue the centuries old tradition of baking challah bread! Every week, students meet to make and braid challah dough while discussing how to solve food insecurity problems on campus. Afterwards the challah is sold and the profits go towards Swipe Out Hunger and local nonprofits. If you come out at least 8 times, you can get a free challah!
Kiwanis Luncheon
When: Thursdays biweekly (12:00 - 1:00)
Where: Symposium, 1620 E 8th St (sign up here!)
Come join us for Kiwanis Luncheon and meet our sponsoring Kiwanians!! There will be updates from the Davis Kiwanis Club, a key note speaker, and free lunch! There is currently a 3 person limit, so get a spot as early as possible.

Chow Night
When: Thursdays (4:45 pm - 7:00 pm)
Where: Saint Martin's Church, 640 Hawthorne Lane (sign up here!)
Join us each Thursday to serve free meals to homeless and low-income families. We prepare, cook, and serve sandwiches, chili, and pies among other things for our local community. Enter through the kitchen door next to the parking lot entrance and garbage disposal area.

Davis Public Library Book Sale
When: 1st Sunday of every month (3:00 pm - 4:00 pm)
Where: Davis Public Library
Come help the Davis Public Library clean up their weekly book sales! We'll be putting the leftover books back into boxes and stacking them. Sales help to raise funds, expand facilities, and develop the library’s collections. You will also be able to take home any books you want for free! The deadline to sign up is Wednesdays at 11:59pm.
Grace Gardens
When: Saturday 9-11AM
Where: Davis United Methodist Church, 1620 Anderson Road ​
Come out and help Grace Gardens with tending to their gardens with harvesting, planting, weeding, and general garden work! It's a great way to destress and get to know other members. Please sign up on our sign up sheets! Take G line from MU and hop off at the Anderson Rd and Villanova Dr stop!
