The Big Little Program is about meeting people in the club and finding someone who can be your friend, mentor, study buddy, karaoke partner, movie bestie and much, much more. The concept of a "big" and a "little" is a version of big brother/sister and little brother/sister but with members of our club. Bigs have usually been members of Circle K International for longer, and often are able to help their littles with the club, school, or their professional career while littles are often newer members looking for someone to make a close connection to. Over the course of the Big Little Program, you have the opportunity to get to know the other potential bigs and littles and find someone who you vibe with or would like to get to know more about. 

 

This program is run by the Member Development and Education (MD&E) Chair during Fall Quarter and involves multiple service events, club and family socials, big/little socials, a week of bigs trolling littles, and finally the Big Little Reveal. When a little is picked up by a big, they may be joining an established line of bigs and littles or find themselves with a "twin" or "sibling" if a big picks up multiple littles.

Once you register for the Big Little program, you will be sent slides with the information of the bigs or the littles, depending on if you are a little or a big. At the end of the program, bigs and littles submit an application ranking their top 5 choices and the MD&E chair decides on the final pairings. These pairings are announced during Big Little Reveal.​
