The Club Event Report Form or CERF. You'll hear this term a lot but unfortunately you won't find any surfers for miles around Davis. If you chaired an event, please use this form to record the event information, who went and for how long. Then, send it to our Secretary (secretary.ucdcki@gmail.com) and MR Chair (mrchair.ucdcki@gmail.com) when you're done or they will hunt you down!
